WaterBumps is dedicated exclusively to pre and postnatal exercise in water, so we focus purely on you and your needs as a mum-to-be and new mum.

Our aquanatal classes will help you cope better with the many demands of pregnancy, while at the same time preparing you for birth. Gentle exercise in the water will really help you take the weight off your feet.
Our classes are like putting yoga and pilates in water, and there's a great mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, all alongside a splash of blissful relaxation.
It's perfectly safe to do gentle exercise in pregnancy, as long as you keep listening to and taking care of your body. We've designed our programme to take into account your pregnant body's changing needs, as well as the safety of you and your baby, but if you have any concerns at all, speak to your medical professional.
Your partner can also get involved through our antenatal birth partner classes which will give them skills and techniques to support you through the rest of your pregnancy, as well as through labour.
Some people are lucky enough to breeze through pregnancy, but it can really take it out of you. Here at WaterBumps we offer a very special kind of antenatal experience: our aquanatal classes take place in the water, which provides a wide range of physical, mental and emotional benefits that will help you cope better with the many demands of pregnancy, while at the same time preparing you for the birth.
Whether you're a new mum, or have been a mum for some time, you'll know all about the astonishing reserves of mental, physical and emotional energy you need just to get through the day.
Our 2-hour wellbeing workshop will set you on the road to feeling like 'you' again. It's the perfect way to enjoy some much needed me-time after giving birth.
